This pattern details the steps required to weave a basket with an 4x4 overlaid double cross base, a Loop and Roll border for the top and a rolled border variation for the foot using embedded spokes from the top border. The pattern contains 12 pages and 41 photos related to the creation of Amariah. Spoke templates and "Common Techniques" are available as free downloads from this website.

Note: The Overlaid Double Cross Base Jig can be used to simplify creation of the slath base. The jig is available separately for purchase.

You must be familiar with basic basket weaving techniques.
