Tired of chasing spokes when the phone rings and your hands are full of reed. We designed a small jig that holds (4) groups of (4) #5 spokes so you don’t have to worry. Once the spokes are secured with 8 rows of randing, just pop the base out and start to spread the spokes out with Japanese Weave. A perfect 32 spoke base that can adapted to fit designs ranging from 4” to 8”. There is a free tutorial on how to use this jig in the Tutorials section of this website.
While the jigs are very durable, they are not immune to high temperatures (over 140 degrees Fahrenheit) or pets.
